Both the main and lateral vines can bear fruit, with good continuous fruit-setting ability; each plant can produce 2-5 fruits. The fruit is cylindrical and symmetrical at both ends, with a dark green skin and the flesh having slightly greenish edges. The flesh is firm and has a rich flavor. The melon is 30-32 cm long, weighs 2-3 kg per fruit, and the yield can reach 8000 kg per mu. It is suitable for planting in well-drained, fertile soil, but care should be taken to avoid continuous cropping with other cucurbit crops and to prevent field flooding.
