Variety characteristics:

• W1412 Baifeicui is an early horn-shaped pepper variety producing long, broad-shouldered fruits with a smooth, glossy surface. Young peppers have an ivory to pale yellow-green color and mature to a vivid bright red. Fruits typically measure approximately 8–10 inches (20–25 cm) long and 1.1–1.3 inches (2.8–3.3 cm) across the shoulder, with an average weight of about 2.3 oz (65 g). Vigorous, well-branched plants may continue flowering and setting fruit under suitable warm-season conditions. The peppers may be harvested at either the pale immature stage or the fully red stage for fresh and cooked preparations.
