Variety characteristics:

• W1399 Jinfei is a fast-growing white-stem bok choy variety producing smooth, oval leaves with a light to medium-green color and clean white petioles. The thick, fleshy stems develop a crisp, tender texture suited to stir-fries, soups, steaming and other cooked dishes. Under suitable seasonal conditions, plants may be ready for harvest approximately 30–40 days after sowing. Seeds may be direct-sown or started in trays for transplanting. Harvest individual outer leaves as needed or cut the entire plant when it reaches the preferred size.
