Variety characteristics:

• W1339 Profusion Double Deep Salmon is an award-winning hybrid zinnia. Compact, mounded plants grow approximately 14–18 inches tall and spread 20–24 inches wide, becoming covered with large double blooms measuring about 2.5–3 inches across. The intensely colored flowers combine deep salmon, coral-pink, and warm pink-orange tones, with natural shade variation influenced by temperature, sunlight, flower age, and growing conditions. Vigorous basal branching creates a broad, floriferous plant suited to sunny beds, borders, mass plantings, patio containers, and hanging baskets. The plants offer excellent disease resistance and strong performance during hot, relatively dry weather. Flowers are self-cleaning and continue from late spring until frost without requiring regular deadheading. Although double flowers are the expected form, occasional semi-double, single, or otherwise off-type plants may occur.
