U2692 Jiaoshu Premium 87-114 F1 is a mid-to-late-season napa cabbage hybrid producing large, short-cylindrical heads with overlapping leaves and a rounded top. Spreading plants develop green outer foliage surrounding pale-green head leaves with broad white midribs. Mature heads typically measure approximately 11.7 inches tall and 9.9 inches across. Under suitable fall conditions, harvest generally begins about 80–85 days after sowing. Individual heads may weigh approximately 11–13.2 lb, depending on spacing, climate and crop management. The substantial heads are suited to stir-fries, soups, braised dishes, pickling and fermented cabbage preparations.
