Avoid replacing the battery in rainy conditions to prevent rainwater from entering the device. Moisture inside the shell may damage the internal components.
2. Proper Sensor Placement:
When using the device, ensure the sensor is fully inserted into the soil until it reaches the bottom for accurate measurements.
3. Sealing Ring Usage:
Always reinstall the sealing ring correctly after replacing the battery. Failure to do so may weaken the waterproof performance.
4. Avoid Damage to the Sensing Plate:
Do not rub the sensing plate against the ground to prevent damage to the circuit board.
5. Data Refresh:
The Zigbee sensor refreshes temperature and humidity data every 30 seconds by default.
If immediate data refresh is needed, press the configuration button on the device to update the sensing data instantly.
