These mushroom cultivation bags feature an innovative open-ended design on both sides, allowing mushrooms to grow from both ends for enhanced yield. Made from durable polyethylene, they offer excellent heat resistance up to 110°C (230°F) and come in four sizes (12x11x45cm, 12x11x50cm, 12.5x11.5x48cm, and 12.5x11.5x55cm). Suitable for growing a variety of mushrooms, including oyster, enoki, and shiitake, these bags are perfect for both home and professional cultivation under standard atmospheric conditions.
🌱 Multiple Size Options: This product offers four different sizes: 12x11x45cm (4.7x4.3x17.7 inches), 12x11x50cm (4.7x4.3x19.7 inches), 12.5x11.5x48cm (4.9x4.5x18.9 inches), and 12.5x11.5x55cm (4.9x4.5x21.7 inches). These flexible options are designed to meet your varied cultivation needs, ensuring that your mushrooms, whether oyster mushrooms, abalone mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, or shiitake mushrooms, grow under optimal conditions.
🌱 PE Material: Made from premium polyethylene, this cultivation bag is durable and offers excellent heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 110°C (230°F). The material is uniformly distributed with a thickness of 30μm, making it thin yet robust enough to maintain stability during routine high-temperature sterilization, ensuring a smooth mushroom cultivation process without material deformation or damage.
🌱 Unsealed at Both Ends: Featuring a unique open-ended design, this cultivation bag allows mushrooms to grow from both ends. This feature not only effectively increases the yield but also boosts the overall production, making it an ideal choice for cultivators aiming for high productivity.
🌱 Non-Pressure Resistant: This product is designed for normal atmospheric pressure environments, with a thinner material that is perfect for use under standard pressure conditions. It's ideal for both home and professional cultivators, offering easy operation and high efficiency in daily cultivation tasks.
🌱 Versatile Use for a Wide Range of Mushrooms: This mushroom cultivation bag is not only suitable for growing oyster mushrooms, abalone mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms but also ideal for experimental cultivation of other mushroom species. Whether you are an amateur enthusiast or a professional farmer, this product provides an optimal solution for your mushroom cultivation, helping you achieve bountiful harvests with ease.

N285 Series Mushroom Bags Diameter Calculation:
The diameter of the mushroom bag when filled with substrate can be calculated using the following formula:
Diameter = (Sum of two adjacent sides of the bag opening * 2) / 3.14
Examples:
1. Size: 12 x 11 x 45 cm (4.7''x4.3''x17.7''), 12 x 11 x 50 cm (4.7''x4.3''x19.7'')
Diameter when filled = (12+ 11) * 2 / 3.14 = 14.6 cm (5.75'').
2. Size: 12.5 x 11.5 x 48 cm (4.9''x4.5''x18.9''), 12.5 x 11.5 x 55 cm (4.9''x4.5''x21.7'').
Diameter when filled = (12.5 + 11.5) * 2 / 3.14 = 15.3 cm (6.02'').
☛ Instructions for Using the N285 Mushroom Bag:
1. Tie One End Securely: Start by tightly securing one end of the cultivation bag with a string, ensuring the bag's opening is firmly sealed. This will facilitate the following medium-filling process. When tying the string, make sure it is tight enough but not overly strained to avoid damaging the bag's opening.
2. Fill the Bag with Medium: After securing one end, gradually fill the bag with the prepared substrate or cultivation medium. Ensure the medium is evenly distributed to avoid air bubbles or gaps. During the filling process, gently tap the sides of the bag to compact the medium, ensuring it fully fills the bag.
3. Secure the Other End: Once the bag is filled with the medium, tightly secure the other end of the bag using a string. This step ensures that the medium inside the bag remains sealed and prepares the bag for the subsequent sterilization process. Both ends of the bag should be tightly secured to prevent any leakage due to pressure changes during sterilization.
4. Sterilization and Cooling: Place the tightly secured cultivation bag in the sterilization equipment and sterilize it according to the specified time and temperature. After sterilization, remove the bag and place it in a clean environment to cool naturally until the bag's interior reaches a suitable temperature for inoculation.
5. Preparation Before Inoculation: Once the cultivation bag has cooled to an appropriate temperature, untie one end of the string to prepare for inoculation. Ensure that the operating environment is clean to prevent contamination from unwanted bacteria. Immediately proceed with inoculation after untying the string.
6. Apply Ring and Newspaper Covering: After inoculation, place a plastic ring or other sealing material around the opening of the cultivation bag to ensure it remains sealed. Then, cover the opening with a clean layer of newspaper to protect it from dust and contaminants. Once this step is completed, place the bag in a suitable environment for the mycelium to grow.
