Variety Characteristics:
- Hoya lobbii features narrow, thick leathery leaves with a waxy surface, deep green, occasionally marked with silvery-white speckles. It bears neat, delicate umbels of five-pointed star-shaped flowers. The corolla is reflexed and wine-red; the corona is deep purple with pale yellow star markings at the centre. The plant releases a subtle fragrance at night. After blooming, remove only the spent blooms and retain the pedicels; new blooms will emerge from the same pedicels the following year. Suitable for small hanging baskets and tabletop decoration.
