Mature fruits generally exceed 2 meters in length and are nutritious. Young fruits are of excellent quality, featuring white, crisp, and tender flesh with a fine texture and pleasant flavor. When the fruit is left to fully mature, it develops a dense loofah fiber network inside, which has its own unique applications.
