Variety characteristics:

- Dark-green-leafed Baby Bok Choy is usually 20-28cm tall, with a short and upright plant shape, a swollen base and a distinct waist. Its leaves are oval, dark green and shiny, smooth, with obvious veins, short, thick and snow-white petioles. The weight of a single plant is about 250-300g.

- This variety has a growing period of about 52 days and can produce 1500-2000 kg per mu. It has both heat and cold resistance, moderate disease resistance, less fiber, sweet taste, tender tissue, and better quality after frost.
