Variety characteristics:
- Continuously Harvestable Yardlong Beans is a mid-early maturing variety that can be planted in spring and autumn. It takes about 80-90 days from sowing to maturity. Its young pods grow fast and have strong disease resistance. The pods are dark green, 80-100cm long, dense and particularly long. The beans are thick in texture, resistant to aging, have a high rate of double pods, are tender and tender without tendons, have no rat tail or bulging seeds, are heat-resistant, and are extremely resistant to storage and transportation. Not only does it have an outstanding ability to continuously set pods, it can also continue to bloom and set pods throughout the growth cycle. After a batch of pickings, the new flower buds quickly develop into pods. The picking period lasts from early summer to late autumn, and the yield is quite high. Under proper management, multiple crops can be harvested, with an output of 3,000-5,000 kg per mu.
