Variety characteristics:

• 98 Mermaid is a productive indeterminate tomato that bears large bicolor fruits weighing approximately 7.1–14.1 oz in the supplied growing notes. The broad, slightly flattened tomatoes ripen from pale yellow to a rich golden yellow splashed with pink and red. Inside, the juicy golden flesh may show subtle pink marbling. Mermaid offers a sweet, lightly fruity flavor that makes it particularly appealing for fresh slices, sandwiches, and summer salads. Provide sturdy staking or trellising for the vigorous vines and substantial fruit.
