- 960 Jinxiu Yellow Peach is an indeterminate breeder selection discovered as a distinctive plant within an F2 population of Rebel Starfighter VT16 Yellow. It produces large, smooth, peach-shaped to heart-shaped tomatoes typically weighing approximately 7.1–12.3 oz. The fruits mature from creamy yellow to warm golden yellow, with a delicate pink or rose blush developing around the pointed tip and other exposed areas. Their softly rounded shoulders, tapered blossom ends, and subtle blush create an elegant appearance reminiscent of a ripe white or yellow peach.
- Inside, the fruits have tender, juicy flesh with a sweet, aromatic flavor and a soft, melting eating quality. They are especially well suited for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, tasting platters, and colorful tomato displays. Vigorous indeterminate vines require dependable staking or trellising to support the large fruits.
