Variety characteristics:

• 93 Granny Harriet's Heirloom is a tall, indeterminate tomato that produces substantial red beefsteaks, commonly weighing about 1.5–2 lb in a published grower’s account. Individual fruits may approach 2.2 lb under favorable conditions. Thick slices reveal tender, juicy, meaty flesh with relatively few seeds. The supplied tasting notes describe a sweet flavor and the familiar aroma of an old-fashioned garden tomato. Give the vigorous vines sturdy staking or trellising to support the heavy fruit. Excellent for fresh slices, sandwiches, burgers, and salads.
