The plants stay very compact, reaching about 11.8 inches tall, yet set impressively heavy clusters of plump red to orange-red fruits. The fruits are larger than typical small cherry types, with a sweet, strongly fruity flavor and very little acidity. This variety is best grown in containers, with at least a 5 L or 1.3 gal pot recommended. Because of its shallow root system, it may not perform as well outdoors without regular watering.
