Variety characteristics:

• 81 Mazarini produces large, rose-pink tomatoes weighing approximately 10.6–28.2 oz. Fruit shape varies from elongated oval to broad heart, with substantial, meaty flesh, small seed cavities, and relatively few seeds. The thick slices offer a rich, pleasing tomato flavor and are well suited to sandwiches, fresh platters, and salads. Plants develop vigorously and are described as productive; provide sturdy support as the heavy fruits mature. The fruit's dense interior also makes it a useful choice for sauces and other kitchen preparations.
