Variety characteristics:

• 68 Evil Olive is a highly productive, midseason indeterminate tomato that matures in approximately 75 days. Its plum-sized, round to slightly oval fruits typically weigh 2–3 oz and grow on exceptionally long trusses, often carrying more than a dozen tomatoes per cluster. The fruits begin olive green and gradually develop amber, orange, and red streaks as they ripen. Their firm, crunchy texture and mild, tangy flavor make them especially useful for salads, snacking, salsa, and salsa verde. The fruits hold exceptionally well after harvest, making Evil Olive a useful long-keeping variety. Support the vigorous vines with sturdy stakes, cages, or trellises.
