• 616 Long Tall Sally is a distinctive tomato developed by Blane Horton in the United States. Tall, vigorous indeterminate vines produce large pink-red oxheart fruits weighing approximately 7.1 to 14.1 oz. Smaller fruits are usually tapered, while larger fruits tend to be broader and more blunt-ended. The skin is beautifully striped with yellow, and some fruit may show light corking near the stem end. Dense pink flesh contains relatively few seeds and offers excellent sweetness with rich, balanced tomato flavor. An excellent multipurpose variety for fresh eating, salads, chilled summer soups, sauces, and preserving.
