• 601 Eden No. 5 is an exceptionally productive early-season cherry tomato growing more than 6.5 ft tall. Vigorous indeterminate vines continue flowering and setting fruit over an extended harvest period, producing abundant clusters of oval to miniature plum-shaped tomatoes weighing approximately 0.35 to 0.5 oz. The fruits mature to an attractive amber-orange or warm golden-brown color and deliver an exceptionally sweet, rich flavor. Ripe tomatoes hold well on the vine without rapidly losing quality, providing a flexible picking window. Excellent for garden snacking, lunchboxes, salads, appetizers, garnishes, and whole-fruit preserving. Strong staking or trellising is essential.
