Variety characteristics:

• 567 Sweet Peach is a vigorous early- to midseason bicolor oxheart tomato circulated as a newer selection from the Ozark region of Arkansas. Tall indeterminate plants with regular-leaf foliage produce continuously from early in the harvest season until frost. The large, heart-shaped fruits weigh approximately 10.6 to 17.6 oz in this seed lot and ripen to a beautiful blend of warm pink, coral red, peach-orange, and golden yellow. Inside, the juicy orange-yellow flesh is dramatically marbled with rose-red and crimson through the center. The dense, meaty texture contains relatively few seeds and offers exceptional sweetness, rich fruitiness, and a lingering peach-like tropical finish. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, colorful tomato platters, juice, roasting, and golden-red sauces. Tall plants and heavy fruits require sturdy staking or trellising.
