Emerald Brocade F5 is an emerging collector tomato developed by Sofia Saakova and also circulated under the selection name Tomato Eden No. 10. The slender, indeterminate plants produce elegant heart-shaped fruits with elongated tips, typically weighing approximately 7.1 to 12.3 oz. The tomatoes ripen in unusual pastel shades of emerald green, olive, bronze, and muted purple, with sun-exposed areas developing a dusky anthocyanin overlay. Fully ripe fruits may show a delicate pink blush at the pointed end. Inside, the emerald-green flesh may contain a distinctive pink central streak or "tongue." The flesh is juicy, tender, creamy, sweet, and fruity, with relatively few seeds. As an F5 breeding line, minor variation in fruit shape, color, and pink pigmentation should still be expected.
