Honey Salute is a registered Russian bicolor beefsteak tomato developed by Agrofirma POISK. Tall indeterminate vines produce large, flattened fruits with golden-yellow to orange skin decorated by red and rosy-pink streaks, spots, and blushes. The colorful marbling continues through the dense, juicy interior. Fruits commonly weigh approximately 11.3 to 15.9 oz, while exceptional specimens may reach 28 oz or more under favorable greenhouse conditions. The rich, sweet flesh has a distinctive honey-like finish balanced by mild acidity. This mid-late-season variety is best suited to greenhouse or protected cultivation and requires sturdy trellising. Outstanding for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, tomato platters, juice, and colorful sauces.
