• Reinhard's White Heart produces beautiful, broad heart-shaped tomatoes with smooth, cream-white to pale yellow skin. The dense, meaty flesh is pale cream with soft yellow tones and offers a sweet, gently fruity tomato flavor. Some fully ripe fruits develop a delicate pink blush. Vigorous, regular-leaf, indeterminate vines need sturdy support as the substantial fruits develop. Slice them fresh for sandwiches and salads, or add their light color to tomato platters and golden sauces.
