491 Minze Zitrone is a rare French collector tomato producing beautiful medium to large beefsteak fruits in a vivid mixture of golden yellow, orange, red, and pink. The round to slightly flattened tomatoes commonly weigh approximately 5.3 to 8.8 oz and may range from smooth to lightly ribbed, with fine red and coral striping radiating across the skin. The colorful pattern continues through the meaty, juicy interior in red, orange, and golden marbling. Vigorous indeterminate vines reach approximately 5.5 to 6 ft tall and require sturdy staking or trellising. The flavor is sweet, complex, and fruit-forward, with a refreshing citrus-like aroma.
