481 Jarson 8 is a vigorous Polish collector tomato producing large, glossy red fruits on tall indeterminate vines. The tomatoes range from broad hearts to rounded, slightly flattened hearts and weigh approximately 7.1 to 14.1 oz in this growing description. Their dense, meaty flesh remains juicy and offers a rich, balanced tomato flavor. Strong plants provide an extended midseason harvest and carry clusters of substantial fruits. Jarson 8 is excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, tomato juice, thick sauces, and paste.
