474 Dwarf Black Wizard brings colorful, full-sized slicing tomatoes to a compact, manageable plant. Light chartreuse to yellow-green foliage adds ornamental contrast while the fruits ripen from green through bronze and mahogany to brick red. The round to slightly flattened beefsteaks weigh approximately 7.1 to 14.1 oz and may retain fine golden or orange-red striping as they mature. Inside, the juicy red to deep crimson flesh has a tender, meaty texture and a rich, satisfying tomato flavor. Compact plants begin producing around midseason and continue carrying attractive fruit clusters through the growing season.
