Determinate plants grow approximately 20 to 28 inches tall and produce glossy golden-yellow fruits weighing about 2.8 to 6.0 oz. The rounded to slightly lobed tomatoes have thick outer walls surrounding a relatively open interior with a compact central seed structure, making them exceptionally easy to hollow and fill. Their firm texture holds its shape well during baking, grilling, and roasting, while the mild, balanced yellow-tomato flavor also works beautifully in fresh salads and sandwiches.
