Compact determinate plants grow approximately 24 to 28 inches tall and produce round to slightly oval fruits weighing about 3.5 to 5.3 oz. The firm tomatoes mature to soft peach orange and pale orange red, revealing dense, meaty red flesh when sliced. Their mild, balanced tomato flavor is well suited to fresh slicing, sandwiches, winter salads, cooking, roasting, soups, and sauces.
