• 447 Dwarf Pepper Like Striped is a productive determinate dwarf tomato bearing elongated, pepper-shaped fruits weighing approximately 1.2 to 3.2 oz in this seed lot. The smooth tomatoes mature to vivid brick red and orange red, decorated with fine golden-yellow stripes and watercolor-like streaks. Dense, meaty paste-type flesh contains relatively little gel and few seeds, delivering pleasant sweetness and rich tomato flavor. Sturdy tree-type plants grow approximately 24 inches tall and carry wrinkled regular-leaf foliage. The firm fruits hold their quality well after harvest when picked sound and stored properly.
