425 Kolkhoznaya Koroleva, also known as Collective Farm Queen, is a productive Russian slicing tomato bearing large, round to slightly oblate beefsteaks weighing approximately 7.1 to 14.1 oz. With careful cluster thinning, exceptional fruits may reach 1.3 to 1.8 lb. The tomatoes mature to rich pink red, raspberry crimson, and deep rosy red, often developing gently ribbed shoulders and a slightly irregular surface. Dense, meaty flesh remains moderately juicy and contains relatively few seeds, delivering pronounced sweetness, refreshing acidity, and rich classic tomato flavor. Vigorous indeterminate vines grow approximately 5.9 to 6.6 feet tall and perform best when trained to one or two main stems. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, juice, roasting, sauces, ketchup, and lecho.
