424 Paulina's Secret is an exceptionally productive Danish cherry tomato bearing abundant clusters of small oval fruits averaging approximately 0.5 oz. The glossy tomatoes mature from green through mahogany red to deep red-purple and chocolate burgundy, often retaining darker shading around the shoulders. Crisp, juicy flesh delivers pronounced sweetness, mild acidity, and a smooth, candy-like tomato flavor that makes the fruits irresistible for fresh snacking. Vigorous regular-leaf indeterminate vines grow approximately 5.9 feet tall and continue producing from midseason until frost. Provide sturdy staking or trellising for the heavy fruit clusters. This collector variety originated as an off-type among Black Cherry plants, and some variation may still occur. Excellent for lunch boxes, salads, appetizers, skewers, roasting, fermenting, and colorful tomato platters.
