Cœur Rose Strié de Pessac, also known as Pessac Striped Pink Heart, is a midseason French oxheart tomato producing striking fruits of approximately 7.1–15.9 oz. The broad-shouldered, heart-shaped tomatoes taper toward pointed or gently rounded blossom ends and ripen raspberry pink with flowing gold, yellow, and occasional green striping. Inside, the deep pink to crimson flesh is dense, meaty, juicy, and notably low in seeds. Its rich sweetness and full tomato flavor make it an exceptional choice for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, sauces, and colorful tomato platters.
