390 Minusinskie Stakany Krasnye is a Russian heritage tomato producing substantial red paste-type fruits weighing approximately 5.3–10.6 oz. The tomatoes develop elongated oval, plum, or barrel shapes, frequently tapering toward a small pointed blossom end. Their smooth red skin surrounds dense, exceptionally meaty flesh with small seed cavities and relatively little free juice. Rich sweetness and full tomato flavor make this variety equally rewarding for fresh eating and kitchen processing. Vigorous indeterminate vines grow approximately 6–6.6 feet tall and perform well when trained to two main stems. Provide a strong stake or trellis and tie the heavy fruit clusters separately as they fill.
