388 Canadian Yellow Strawberry is a striking collector tomato producing large heart-shaped fruits that may reach approximately 14.1 oz. The smooth skin ripens through warm yellow, golden orange, and amber tones, with vivid red to raspberry-red blushes and streaks radiating across the lower fruit and blossom end. Inside, the flesh is exceptionally juicy, aromatic, and richly colored, with a sweet, full tomato flavor. Individual fruits may range from broad hearts to fuller oxheart forms, and color intensity can change with temperature and maturity. Tall indeterminate vines require sturdy staking or trellising and provide a productive midseason harvest.
