383 Ivory Tears is a productive midseason cherry tomato producing elegant, elongated teardrop fruits weighing approximately 0.5–0.7 oz. The slender tomatoes mature from pale green to luminous ivory, creamy yellow, or soft lemon yellow and may appear almost translucent when fully ripe. Crisp, juicy ivory-colored flesh delivers exceptional sweetness with a delicate fruity flavor. Vigorous indeterminate vines grow approximately 5.9 feet tall, developing relatively light foliage and long fruit clusters. Train the plants to one or two main stems and provide a tall stake or trellis for reliable support. These beautiful dessert-quality tomatoes are excellent for fresh snacking, salads, lunchboxes, garnishes, roasting, pickling, and whole-fruit canning.
