Variety characteristics:

• 378 Soviet Bull's Heart is a midseason heritage tomato producing impressive raspberry-red oxheart fruits weighing approximately 1.1–1.3 lb, with exceptional fruits occasionally approaching 2 lb. The tomatoes develop broad shoulders, full heart-shaped bodies, and gently tapered blossom ends. Inside, the dense crimson-pink flesh is exceptionally meaty and juicy, with a fine, almost watermelon-like texture and very few seeds. Its rich aroma and pronounced sweetness make it an outstanding fresh slicing tomato. Strong, densely foliaged plants grow approximately 5.2 feet or taller and require heavy-duty staking or trellising to support the substantial fruit load.
