Variety characteristics:

• 373 Cherry Roma is a productive open-pollinated tomato producing generous clusters of smooth red mini plum fruits weighing approximately 0.18–0.53 oz. The oval tomatoes average about 1 inch long and combine the convenient size of a grape tomato with the firm, meaty texture of a miniature Roma. Their sweet, lively flavor develops a pleasant spicy note and enough acidity to remain bright and satisfying. Vigorous indeterminate vines grow approximately 5.9 feet in this seed line and require dependable staking or trellising. The firm fruits hold their quality well after harvest when picked sound and stored properly. Enjoy them directly from the vine or use them in salads, lunchboxes, roasting, drying, sauces, pickling, and whole-fruit canning.
