Variety characteristics:

• 372 Sugar Plum Fairy is a midseason purple salad tomato producing fruits that may weigh up to approximately 4.6 oz in this seed line. The tomatoes range from round and slightly flattened to oval or short plum-shaped, with some fruits developing gentle ribbing around the shoulders. Their clear epidermis reveals dusky rose, mahogany, and plum-purple coloring over the flesh beneath, while the shoulders may retain darker olive or brown tones. Inside, the juicy, substantial flesh delivers a remarkably sweet, smooth, and richly balanced tomato flavor. Vigorous indeterminate vines grow approximately 5.9 feet tall and require reliable staking or trellising. Enjoy these versatile fruits fresh or add them to salads, sandwiches, roasting dishes, sauces, and preserves.
