Variety characteristics:

• 368 Pepper Bronze Pear is an attractive early-to-midseason tomato producing pear-shaped fruits weighing approximately 3.5 to 7.1 oz. The substantial fruits ripen from bronze and dusky red to rich copper-red, often developing darker shoulders and warm orange-red coloring toward the blossom end. Occasional double or fused fruits add extra character to the harvest. The burgundy-red flesh has a soft, buttery texture and delivers a rich, satisfying tomato flavor. Productive plants provide a colorful crop for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, roasting, sauces, and specialty tomato platters.
