Variety characteristics:

• 367 Absinthe is an outstanding green-when-ripe tomato producing large beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 10.6 to 28.2 oz in this seed line. Broad, flattened tomatoes mature to absinthe green, lime green, and olive green, often developing warm amber-yellow coloring and an occasional faint pink blush at full ripeness. The dense, meaty green flesh offers full-bodied sweetness, a gentle tang, and a smooth, rich finish with relatively mild acidity. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop regular foliage and require sturdy staking or caging to support the substantial fruits. Harvest when the blossom end develops a yellow-green glow and yields slightly to gentle pressure. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, salsa verde, chilled soups, sauces, and colorful tomato platters.
