Variety characteristics:

• 365 Vintage Wine is a striking mid-to-late-season tomato producing substantial, slightly flattened beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 6.3 to 10.6 oz. The tomatoes mature from pale green to rosy pink, wine red, and reddish mahogany, decorated with elegant golden-orange and green-gold stripes across the skin. The juicy, meaty flesh has a tender, melting texture and delivers rich sweetness, balanced tomato acidity, and a distinctive fruity, wine-like finish. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop broad potato-leaf foliage and require sturdy staking or caging to support the heavy fruits. Allow the tomatoes to color fully and soften slightly for their richest flavor. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, caprese, roasting, sauces, and showpiece tomato platters.
