Variety characteristics:

• 36 Pomaranch is a midseason, indeterminate tomato from Montenegro, producing beautiful heart-shaped to broad-heart fruits on elegant vines reaching up to approximately 5.9 feet. The tomatoes typically weigh about 7.1–12.3 oz, with exceptional fruits reaching approximately 17.6 oz under favorable conditions. Their golden-yellow to orange skin develops striking pink and raspberry-red streaks, while the vivid bicolor flesh reveals yellow-orange tones with red flashes toward the center. Thick yet tender, the flesh is exceptionally juicy and nearly seedless. Its flavor is richly sweet, with honeyed and fruity notes and very little perceived acidity. Provide sturdy stakes, cages, or trellising to support the heavy fruit. A standout choice for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, tomato platters, juice, and sweet, colorful sauces.
