Variety characteristics:

• 350 Scheherazade is a remarkable midseason woolly tomato producing oval, cylindrical, and short plum-shaped fruits commonly weighing approximately 3.5 to 7.1 oz, with carefully pruned single-stem plants occasionally producing fruits up to 10.6 oz. The tomatoes mature from green with darker shoulders to warm orange red, coral red, and soft scarlet, while fine silvery hairs cover the skin and create the velvety appearance of a ripe peach. The dense, juicy red flesh delivers pronounced sweetness, pleasant balancing acidity, and a rich traditional tomato flavor. Compact determinate to semi-determinate plants generally reach approximately 3.3 to 4.9 feet tall and develop thick stems, flower trusses, leaves, and fruits covered in soft woolly pubescence. Train greenhouse plants to two or three main stems and provide sturdy support for the heavy clusters. Excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, roasting, sauces, paste, and whole-fruit cooking.
