Variety characteristics:

• 328 Weary Sun is a beautiful midseason Ukrainian bicolor tomato producing substantial round to flattened beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 7.1 to 12.3 oz in this seed line. The smooth tomatoes ripen from brilliant golden yellow to glowing amber-orange, developing a vivid pink, coral-red, or crimson sunburst across the blossom end as they reach full maturity. Inside, the exceptionally juicy, tender flesh combines translucent golden-orange coloring with rosy-red marbling, radiating streaks, and variable red centers. Its rich flavor delivers abundant sweetness, delicate tropical fruit notes, and gentle tomato acidity for a smooth, well-balanced finish. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop regular foliage, commonly reach approximately 6 to 6.5 feet tall, and provide generous harvests from midseason onward. Train the vines to one or two main stems and provide a heavy-duty cage or trellis to support the substantial fruit clusters. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, caprese, colorful tomato platters, salsa, chilled soups, juice, roasting, and sweet golden sauces.
