• 327 Dwarf Idaho Gem is an outstanding midseason dwarf tomato producing abundant medium-to-large slicing fruits weighing approximately 4 to 14 oz. The smooth, round to oblate tomatoes mature to a clear, luminous yellow rather than orange, with occasional shallow ribbing around the broad shoulders. Inside, the thick, exceptionally meaty yellow flesh remains tender and juicy, offering pronounced sweetness, a fresh tomato aroma, and enough savory depth and gentle acidity to create a beautifully balanced flavor. Compact tree-type dwarf plants develop sturdy central stems, short internodes, and dark green rugose regular-leaf foliage, generally reaching approximately 3 to 4 feet tall.
