• 322 Mortgage Lifter Bi-Color is a legendary heirloom strain producing enormous beefsteak tomatoes weighing approximately 14.1 to 28.2 oz in this seed line. The broad, deeply ribbed fruits ripen from glowing golden yellow to warm amber, with rich red marbling spreading from the blossom end, center, and interior flesh to create a dramatic two-color pattern. Inside, the thick, exceptionally juicy yellow flesh is streaked and swirled with crimson-red tissue, offering a rich, sweet, fruity flavor with gentle acidity and a satisfying old-fashioned tomato finish. Tall, vigorous indeterminate plants develop regular foliage, produce heavy fruit clusters over a long season, and require substantial support from planting through harvest. Train the vines to one or two main stems and use a high, heavy-duty cage or trellis with additional support beneath the largest clusters.
