315 Peachy Prince is a highly productive midseason tomato producing generous clusters of elongated plum-shaped fruits weighing approximately 2.5 to 4.2 oz. The smooth tomatoes mature from pale green to glowing apricot-orange and rich peach-orange, developing gently tapered bodies and small pointed blossom ends. Dense, meaty orange flesh provides a juicy yet substantial texture with pleasing sweetness, mild acidity, and a full tomato aroma. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop regular-leaf foliage and reach approximately 5.6 to 6.6 feet tall, continuing to set attractive fruit clusters into late summer and early fall. Train the vines to one or two stems and provide a tall stake or trellis to support the heavily loaded trusses. Excellent for fresh snacking, salads, roasting, drying, sauces, colorful salsas, and whole-fruit canning.
