310 Dwarf Eagle Smiley is an exceptionally productive early-season dwarf tomato producing abundant clusters of round, bright yellow to golden-yellow cherry fruits weighing approximately 1 oz. The smooth globe-shaped tomatoes ripen in attractive trusses of approximately eight to ten fruits, developing clear golden skin over pale yellow to ivory-colored flesh. Juicy, substantial flesh delivers intense sugary sweetness, rich fruity flavor, and a bright tomato finish that has made this one of the most celebrated cherry varieties released by the Dwarf Tomato Project. Sturdy dwarf tree-type plants develop dark green, rugose regular-leaf foliage and generally reach approximately 4 to 5 feet tall, although vigorous plants may become broad and sprawling by the end of the season. Provide a strong cage or several stakes to support the heavily loaded branches, especially when growing in containers. Excellent for fresh snacking, lunchboxes, salads, skewers, roasting, salsa, tomato pesto, and colorful mixed tomato platters.
