303 Blue Waterfall Gold is a productive midseason tomato producing abundant clusters of elongated, icicle-shaped cherry fruits weighing approximately 0.5 to 1.1 oz. The smooth tomatoes mature from pale green to golden yellow and warm apricot-orange, developing oval to tapered bodies with rounded or gently pointed blossom ends. Sun-exposed fruits may display subtle violet, smoky purple, or bronze anthocyanin markings, although the depth and coverage of this color vary with light and temperature. Juicy golden flesh delivers pleasing sweetness, rich fruity character, and a gentle tomato tang that becomes more pronounced when the fruits are allowed to ripen fully on the vine. Vigorous indeterminate plants generally reach approximately 6.2 feet or taller and continue producing attractive clusters over an extended harvest. Train the vines to one or two stems and provide a tall stake or trellis to support the heavily loaded branches. Excellent for fresh snacking, lunchboxes, salads, skewers, roasting, drying, salsa, and colorful whole-fruit preserves.
