302 Zun Du Jia Du F2 is an experimental dwarf tomato selection producing elongated plum-shaped fruits weighing approximately 0.9 to 1.8 oz in the currently observed seed line. The unusual tomatoes mature from green to ochre, olive-gold, and warm yellow-brown, retaining clear green-brown striping and occasional muted anthocyanin shading near the shoulders. Dense, juicy flesh offers a sweet, savory tomato flavor with a pleasant fruity finish, while fruit size, color intensity, striping, and shape may continue to segregate because this material remains at the F2 generation. Compact plants are expected to reach approximately 4 feet tall and develop sturdy stems with rugose regular-leaf foliage typical of dwarf breeding material. Grow several plants, label each individual separately, and provide a sturdy cage or short trellis for the heavily loaded branches. Excellent for fresh snacking, salads, colorful tomato platters, roasting, salsa, and experimental seed-selection work.
